The natural cork sheets are extracted from the bark of the tree by skilled professionals with their bare hands and then handmade also by skilled artisans.

To clean the wallet, use a cloth, warm water and a mild detergent (e.g baby shampoo). Use the warm water to make your cloth wet and clean your your wallet with the cloth. Cleaning your wallet will make it last longer.

Cortissa®'s purpose is to guarantee that you are happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel or return your item by returning it with receipts up to 14 days from the delivery date.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, but please note that delivery charges will be excluded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on all return items.
Items must be returned in their unused condition. If products have been damaged or altered or if the item has been used, we will not accept and send it back to the customer.Please note that we don't deliver to PO Boxes .
UK deliveries
Orders will take 3-5 working days at a cost of £3.99.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be left in a safe place, with your neighbor or a card will be left with instructions.
International deliveries:
Orders will take 5-10 working days to arrive and will cost to Europe £15 and to the rest of the world £18.90. Order tracking is sent to you once the parcel is dispatched.
Customs vary from country to country therefore any customs and import duties charges are of responsibility of the recipient. Those charges are out of of control and we cannot predict how much they might be.
