Cortissa®'s purpose is to guarantee that you are happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel or return your item by returning it with receipts up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, but please note that delivery charges will be excluded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on all return items.

Items must be returned in their unused condition. If products have been damaged or altered or if the item has been used, we will not accept and send it back to the customer.
